Tania here, one woman band and get the job done extraordinaire. As a woman now entering her fifities (argh!), what is important is key, today that is family and that work life balance.
Often it is the person who supports you in your business whether corporate, large, or small business that is key! They may not be the front facing person of the business, but I can assure you they run mission control and make the back office functions tick like clockwork (most of the time!).
From receptionist, accounts clerk to PA, EA and Business Manager there are not many day-to-day tasks I have not tackled. Corporate in London town to government in Wellington.
Now a Virtual Assistant I can complete all those tasks you do not have the time for or just do not want to do!
For me living with family on the proverbial kiwi quarter acre the garden is my solace, my space to think and escape. The front bedroom of our 1920’s Californian bungalow is my office, just over the hill from the best little capital in the world – Wellington.
